According to the USDA, natural beef is beef that is minimally processed and contains no antibiotics or artificial ingredients. At Green Valley Farms, we take that standard seriously, and then some.

Our cattle are bred and raised right here on our New Jersey farm, giving us a calf crop every spring. That means we know every animal and we care for them every day. We’re committed to doing things the right way, because the food we raise feeds families like ours.

From our NJ Farm to Your Table

Our cattle enjoy a natural diet of quality grains and forages. They’re pasture-grown and grain-finished, spending their lives on open land, finished on natural grain for superior flavor and quality. Our beef is aged to perfection before it reaches your family.

Our Breeds

Our cow herd consists of Angus and Angus Cross cattle, breeds known for consistent quality, excellent marbling, and superior flavor.

Our Process

Our process is straightforward: a calf is born on our farm each spring, spends 18-24 months grazing and growing in our pastures with daily hands-on care, then goes to a USDA-certified butcher for harvest. From there, it comes back to the farm and directly to your family’s table.
